How frozen soup ordering works
Three steps, no appointment, no cooking required on your end.
Step 1
Build your bundle
Choose a 4, 6 or 12-pack of 16 oz containers and pick the soups you want. Duplicate a favourite as often as you like.
Step 2
We cook in small batches
Every soup is handcrafted from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients, then flash-frozen at peak freshness.
Step 3
Delivered frozen
Your soups arrive portioned, labeled and dated, ready for the freezer. Warm a bowl whenever you need one.
Soups keep in the fridge for 4–5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Every 16 oz container is labeled frozen and packed to stay frozen on the way to you.
Refrigerate or freeze on arrival
Please refrigerate or freeze your soups promptly once they arrive so they stay at their best.
Scheduled days, not same-day promises
Local delivery runs on approved delivery days. Shipped orders carry no guaranteed transit time until the carrier service supports one.
Insulated shipping opens when it is ready
Long-distance shipping turns on only once insulated packaging, refrigerants and a validated carrier method are all in place.
